ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Mobility Coach: creator of two award-winning DVD's on how to use POLES for Hiking, Walking and Maintaining Mobility. Since 1998, Jayah has presented seminars for organizations around the country helping and inspiring people of diverse abilities to learn skills and techniques with poles.
Jayah is a Sierra Club Leader. She works with many groups and presents free sessions for support groups that help people with Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Peripheral Neuropathy and Arthritis. She also presents free clinics at REI stores around the Bay Area and beyond. She teaches classes with 24 Hour Fitness, including Yoga, Pilates, Cardio, Strength and Aqua Fitness.
