Early enrollment is encouraged and often necessary because camp fills quickly. To enroll:
1) Register

method, immediate registration with real
time space availability).You will be directed
to a secure online server. Note: Once
your online registration is complete,
an email called "thanks for registering"
will be immediately sent to you containing
attachments such as a registration information
packet and a health form. Please be sure
that your email program is enabled to
receive email from summercamp@ptreyes.org.
If you don’t find the email with the registration
information packet and health form attachments
in your email inbox, please check your
spam/bulk-mail folder or contact our office
at (415) 663-1224.

2)Register using snailmail(slowest method, many spaces will fill early due to our new online registration process).You will be directed to a PDF registration form which you can print out and mail in with your payment.
You can access
the main camp waiting list online by clicking
this button Proceed with your registration
until you see the "choose program" page.
(Note:
the "choose program" page is four clicks
after "register now").
You will see the appropriate age sessions
for your child; any session(s) that have
real time availability will have a button
available that can be selected. If a session
is full, it will be indicated next to
the session date on the "choose program"
page. Please select the waiting list button
followed by the continue button. Next
you will be directed to consecutive webpages
asking for waiting list choices, order
of waiting list preferences, camper and
parent information as well as other pertinent
information. Cancellations can occur at
any point prior to the first day of a
camp session. We will contact you should
a space become available to see if you
still want the spot.
Mail in registration waiting list procedure
If the desired session is full, we will contact you if there is another session available for your age group. If no other session is available, you will be placed on a waiting list for the session you requested and we will mail you a letter describing the next step. Cancellations can occur at any point prior to the first day of a camp session. We will contact you should a space become available to see if you still want the spot.
A refund (minus a $50 processing fee) will be given on cancellations received at least 8 weeks prior to the starting date of your session; 50% refunds will be given on cancellations received at least 4 weeks prior to the starting date. If cancellation is received less than 4 weeks before the starting date of your session no refunds will be given. A $50 processing fee will be charged for changing session dates.
We have a limited number of full/partial scholarships.
Scholarship funds are used for those campers who could not otherwise afford to attend camp. Priority is given to those who help make camp more diverse.
How to apply for a scholarship
1) Mail in a camp registration
form without any payment of camp fees.
(Form is available
after the camp registration period begins.)
2) Complete a separate scholarship application with $25.00 scholarship application fee (note: this does not reserve a spot at camp). The scholarship application must be completed and postmarked by March 15, 2008. The scholarship application is a separate paper document that can be obtained by clicking below, calling (415) 663-1224, or sending an email to summercamp@ptreyes.org with your name and mailing address.
