Registration begins on January 17, 2013, at 7:30 am.

Account Login If you have ever previously registered online, you can login to your account here. We recommend logging in before registration opens to update any contact information ahead of time and to make sure you can access your account.

Registration Procedure

Early enrollment is encouraged and often necessary because camp fills quickly.

Waiting Lists

We do have a waiting list for those who register after a desired session is full. During the online registration process, which begins on January 17, 2013, at 7:30 am, you will be given the option to place your camper's name on a waiting list if the session you want is full.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

A $50 processing fee is charged for all cancellations and switching between sessions. Full refunds are issued for cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to the first day of the session in which your child is registered and 50% refunds for cancellations received between 4 to 8 weeks prior to the start date. No refund is issued if a cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to the start date.

Point Reyes Summer Camp reserves the right to unenroll any child who's health concerns are found to be beyond our ability to comfortably manage. In this case, every effort will be made to provide as much advanced notice as possible, and a full refund will be issued.

Scholarships

As funds allow, PRSC awards full scholarships to eligible children. A Scholarship Application Packet is available below to download or contact us for assistance. Completed Scholarship Application Packets must be faxed or postmarked on or before March 1, 2013, in order to be eligible for consideration.

Instructions for Parent or Guardian
Fax or mail completed scholarship application packet (328 KB PDF) and the following documents:

(1) Copies of IRS 1040 form or other official proof of 2012 household income
(2) Health History/Emergency Treatment Form (included in scholarship application packet)
(3) Parent/Guardian Informed Consent Form (included in scholarship application packet)
(4) FOR NEW APPLICANTS ONLY: Statement of Recommendation Form (completed by a teacher, school administrator or youth leader)

DEADLINE: Fax or postmark completed packet on or before March 1, 2013. Please note: Incomplete or late application packets may not be eligible for consideration.
