Clem Miller Environmental Education fees are based on fixed costs and, to cover those, the full fee has to be recovered from each group. In order to support under-resourced groups, PRNSA works with foundations and private donors to secure funding for fee waivers. Fee waivers are awarded to groups who sufficiently document proof of compelling need. When funds are available, a fee waiver generally covers between 30 and 60 percent of total use fees.
For fee waiver information and/or an application, please contact the Center director at 415.663.1200 x305 or email.
