As summer turns to fall, the Point Reyes peninsula reveals those wonderful qualities of autumn.
The days are shorter; there is less fog and less wind, more angular light and that hard-to-describe something that makes our senses come alive. In this workshop we will spend most of our time in the field making images. With beaches, coastal dunes, cliffs and wind-sculpted tree-scapes, our choices are rich indeed. There will be fun classroom time Saturday and Sunday to showcase participant work, share stories and laugh. We will examine where we are succeeding and where there is room for improvement. Discussions of technical issues may include depth of field, dynamic range, post-processing and most importantly, composition. We will look closely to identify our individual strengths and discover new ways to take our images to the next level.
Accommodations included at the Historic Lifeboat Station.
