Fungus Fair at Point Reyes

The Fungus Fair provides visitors the opportunity to view and learn about fungi gathered by more than 100 volunteers who are working to collect, identify and catalog the species of mushrooms found at the Point Reyes National Seashore. Amateur mycologists will be on hand to talk about mushrooms, their role in the environment, and current and historical uses.

This free annual event will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2014 from 10 am to 4 pm.
